All purchases of the Crystal Pack are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of this product, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase. If your order is lost in the mail, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for support.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently only ship domestically. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
